Does the customer need an account to accept a quote?
No. They get a link, see the quote with its lines, photos and options, and accept in the browser. The acceptance is timestamped and stored with the quote.
Which payment methods are supported?
iDEAL, card, SEPA direct debit and plain bank transfer, plus cash recorded by hand. Payment links can be sent for a deposit, an invoice or a one-off amount.
How does VAT work?
Each line carries its own rate (21%, 9%, 0% or reverse-charged), and the invoice shows the VAT breakdown the way Dutch invoices are expected to.
Can a sent invoice still be changed?
No, by design. Once a quote or invoice is sent, its lines are locked, and corrections go through a credit note. That keeps the books honest and the audit trail clean.
